Nightriders (aka Matt Johnson and Joseph Faria) return with the long-awaited follow-up to their balmy late-night 2014 EP 'Until We Are Together'.

With “Under Pressure”, the Boston-based duo partners with renowned electronic music singer/songwriter and Salted Music artist Lisa Shaw (whose collaborated with Miguel Migs, Andy Caldwell, Fred Everything, Benji Candelario, Florian Kruse, Dario D’Attis, Julius Papp and DJ Smash, among many) to deliver an intoxicating slow-burner simmering with warm organic electronic textures, fragrant melodies, sumptuous vocals and buoyant mid-tempo grooves.

Echoing influences from similar moody and atmospheric electronic artists like Bob Moses, Kygo, SG Lewis, Chris Malinchak, Alex Schulz, Zimmer, Kartell and Animal Feelings. Johnson and Faria construct a sensuous and effortlessly breezy soundscape that’s equally meditative and euphoric. It’s the perfect backdrop for Shaw’s sultry velvet tones and achingly-tender introspective lyrics about the struggles in relationships and the pressures of keeping promises.

The result is a masterfully-crafted, riveting and restrained catharsis that tugs at your heartstrings and feet. Sitting neatly between the worlds of emotive R&B-inflected electro-pop, soothing pastoral chill-out and dreamy tropical house, the thrilling confection is sure to resonate with discerning music lovers worldwide.
