Artist, producer, DJ and remixer DJ Bander (aka Zachary Kern-Schnall) first gained notoriety in 2009 with his moody debut EP 'New England Nights'.. The moody 5-track Issued on his own Bander Productions imprint), the 5-track set introduced the Brooklyn-born/LA-based multi-talent's rich textural sound and immersive chilled-out grooves.

Since then, DJ Bander has sculpted a versatile musical hybrid that mines everything from deep and soulful tech-house and cinematic downtempo to gritty, 'big room' electro bangers and euphoric progressive house anthems that sit neatly between EDX, Kaskade, Eric Prydz, Skream, Avicii and Mark Knight - earning him the 2010 HMMA Award for Best Original New Elecrtronica Artist.

For his KID Recordings debut 'Boomtown', Bander jumps out of the gate aiming for the jugular with four propulsive floor-fillers: "Monopolis", "Clear To Me", the title track and "Wits End" (featuring vocalist Colleen Kelly). Marrying an underground sensibility with mainstream crossover appeal, Bander gives you a glimpse of his ability to craft infectious peak-time scorchers destined to become crate essentials.
