Lydia Rhodes has built a formidable catalog working with some of the most innovative house music producers including Junior Vasquez, Chris Brann (Ananda Project), Eric Kupper, Tommy Bones, Nef Nunez, Tedd Patterson, Sted-E & Hybrid Heights and Terry Lee Brown Jr. Since the early 90’s, she’s released a string of timeless club staples such as “DJ, Give Me That Funky Bass” (MCA), “Live It Cool (Just Do It)” (Pagoda/MCA), “Away” (Ultra), “Until The Moment” (Liquid Groove), "Suite Dreams" (King Street) and, most recently, “Half Moon” and “What I Feel” (both on KID Recordings).

With her latest single, “Ready For Your Love”, the dulcet-toned singer/songwriter, once again, teams up with Tommy Bones to deliver a summery, minimal Afro-tech anthem featuring vibrant mixes from Lem Springsteen (Mood II Swing) and Anthony Nicholson that showcase the song's hauntingly romantic and richly-layered, cosmic soul undercurrents.
